All orders placed in the United States will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested and approved thru firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order is placed, it can take 1-3 business days to prepare the order for shipment.
If shipping address changes after order is placed, please contact Solu as soon as possible at email@example.com or call 425.318.5017. Once items have been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service to track down their package. If your package is returned to us, you will be notified and recharged the shipping cost. Solu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.
*International customers are responsible for all taxes and tariff fees involved with shipping overseas. Please contact your local Customs Office to locate lost packages and rates.
Solu dancewear may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when the item was received. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a new shipping charge will apply to all exchanges. Returned items must be returned in its original packaging, with Solu hangtags attached in brand new condition without any visible wear and tear. Undergarments must be worn when trying on leotards for sanitary reasons. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or smell fragrant cannot be returned. If the returned product doesn’t pass inspection, it will not be refunded and will be recharged shipping to be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.
Solu dancewear is limited stock, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange an item of the same style in a different size.
Returns may take up to 7-10 days. To process a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send back dancewear until the return is approved by customer service.
